Saturday, September 12

• Swim Phase: Gaithersburg Aquatic Center (2 Teachers Way, Gaithersburg, MD 20877)
• Shooting Phase: Potomac Pony Club Field (19301 Bucklodge Road, Boyds, MD 20841)

Sunday, September 13

• Riding & Running Phases: Potomac Pony Club Field (19301 Bucklodge Road, Boyds, MD 20841)

Important Details & Requirements

Who Should Register: All individual riders, Stable Managers, and Senior Advisors need to complete the form. DCs and CAs will assemble and submit final team rosters to the organizers.

Closing Date: Please make sure to complete your registration on or before Monday, August 24, 2026.

Rally Kits & Mounts: Rally kits may be shared between a maximum of two teams (teams sharing kits must park next to each other and declare this at Horse Management check-in). Mounts may also be shared by up to two riders.

Rules & Safety: The competition will follow the 2026 USPC Tetrathlon and Horse Management Rulebooks. All participants are expected to be engaged from setup through the awards ceremony.
