Additional Paperwork / Stall Deposit Required to be submitted to USPC by each member:

After registering online with USPC and VRPC, all competitors (except Quiz), must mail a stall deposit check to the National Office. This check will be destroyed at the end of champs following verification that your stall was properly stripped. $50 stall deposit made out to USPC. Mail to : Attn: Stabling, Festival 4041 Iron Works Lexington KY 40511

Eventing Affidavits are no longer required.  The VRPC Champs coordinator with check the USEA records to confirm eligibility after competing in Eventing Rally. If you are qualifying in prelim and therefore not attending the rally, please email Michelle Arnold at vrpc.champs@gmail.com to let her know you have qualified and the name of your mount so she may add your eligibility to the USPC site.


VRPC Fee Structure as follows (this is in addition to USPC fees):
Dressage - $200

Eventing - $250

Show Jumping - $250

Tetrathlon - $200


Disciplnes without a Coach provided:

Quiz - $35

Games - $35

Polocrosse - $35

Stable Manager - $35


Documentation for arrival at Champs regarding Equine Travel Requirements and Veterinary Health Papers are on page 9 of the Guide Book.

Please see page 17 of Guide Book  for the USPC discipline entry fees! These fees are in addition to the fees charged by VRPC. The fees cover Coaches, VRPC Pins, and the July  Prep Party / Meeting, Pizza party at champs after the opening ceremony as well.
