Clubs are encouraged to bring club info handouts.

Pony Club families and friends are invited to work the general admission gate and parking. Volunteers receive a free weekend car pass ($50 value). Adult and youth volunteers 12 years and older are needed for car ticketing at general admission, and to direct traffic and parking. Youth volunteers 15 and younger volunteer with a parent or adult guardian. Sign up using the above link and pick up your weekend car pass when you check in. 

Promote Pony Club by wearing your pin, walking shorts or pants, the volunteer shirt provided or a Pony Club polo shirt. Let eventing fans know Pony Club is "Where It All Begins..." and that Virginia Region Pony Clubs offer education, safety, sportsmanship, stewardship and FUN. Wear safe, comfortable footwear. Please, NO flip flops, short shorts, exposed midriffs, tank tops or string camis. Wear sun protection, hat, and be prepared for summer rain storms. Event will go rain or shine. Water and snacks will be provided for volunteers. Before or after your volunteer shift see the competition, visit the Meadow Market for food and shopping ringside.
