This meeting is for all Rally Hosting Club DCs/CAs and their Rally Secretaries and Organizers. This is a planning meeting/training for all rally organizers. Agenda:

  • Introductions
  • Expectations, rules and guidelines when planning a rally
  • Discuss Rally Invites and Process
  • 2015 Rally Schedule/Venues/Clubs
  • Discuss planning status and key dates for each Rally
  • Identify Rally resources (Chiefs, TDs, Judges, etc) and appropriate fees
  • Next Steps and Action Items
