Team and Scrambler Registration:

Opening Date: May 5, 2026

Closing Date: May 9, 2026

Clubs & Centers should use this form to indicate team AND scramblers chaperone & members. Clubs & Centers should fill out this form as many times as necessary, once for each team, scrambler, or group of scramblers.

The chaperone is the name, cell & email requested as the registrant. The chaperone will receive an automated email from the system upon this registration and a reminder email prior to the rally.

Music submitted for musical: May 15

Fees: No fee for Stable Managers; VRPC Members: $150 | Out of Region: $185

Each member will need to bring their own pinny holder.
Drinks and snacks only will be available for purchase; there are several fast food options close by

Dressage Rally is a two-day regional qualifying rally. Please see the invitation for divisions offered and for Championships Qualification information. Additional required forms can be found on the VRPC Forms page of our website.

Overnight stabling is included for Friday / Saturday night. Please indicate if you will be coming on Friday. Arrival time on Friday is 4:00 - 7:00pm.

INDIVIDUAL REGISTRATION

Opening Date: Friday, May 1

Closing Date: Thursday, May 14

IMPORTANT: DO NOT ENTER THROUGH MARYLAND REGION. You must enter through VRPC Wild Apricot to receive the VRPC entry fee discount. Please get your entries in early so the VRPC team can submit entries to Maryland region in a timely fashion!

Non-Qualifying Rally: Maryland Region will offer a non-qualifying DAY rally on Saturday only. Participating members will park in a trailer parking area, set up tacks rooms at trailers, tie horses to trailers, and jump 2 back to back rounds. This one-day non-qualifying rally will wrap up early Saturday afternoon.

Qualifying Rally: The regular qualifying rally has levels beginning at 0.65 meters, which is the new lowest level to qualify, as of 2026, for USPC Championships. Any rider entering the qualifying rally must stable as it is an overnight rally. Stabling fee for Saturday night is included in the entry fee price.

Tentative Schedule:

Saturday 5/30 12 PM: Rally Opens (subject to change depending on entries) - briefing, jogs, HM, and one round of riding.
Sunday 5/31: 2 rounds of riding and remainder of HM

Stabling is available Friday night. The extra cost for Friday night is $40 per stall.
