Important Details & Requirements

Who Should Register: All individual riders, Stable Managers, and Senior Advisors need to complete the form. DCs and CAs will assemble and submit final team rosters to the organizers.

Closing Date: Please make sure to complete your registration on or before Monday, August 24, 2026.

Rally Kits & Mounts: Rally kits may be shared between a maximum of two teams (teams sharing kits must park next to each other and declare this at Horse Management check-in). Mounts may also be shared by up to two riders.

Rules & Safety: The competition will follow the 2026 USPC Tetrathlon and Horse Management Rulebooks. All participants are expected to be engaged from setup through the awards ceremony.

Team and Scrambler Registration:

Opening Date: September 9, 2026

Closing Date: September 11, 2026

Clubs & Centers should use this form to indicate team AND scramblers chaperone & members. Clubs & Centers should fill out this form as many times as necessary, once for each team, scrambler, or group of scramblers.

The chaperone is the name, cell & email requested as the registrant. The chaperone will receive an automated email from the system upon this registration and a reminder email prior to the rally.

Individual Electronic Registrations must be placed online for competitors, stable managers and C-Advisors. This includes submitting Coggins (if riding) and Red Gate waiver
Payment must be received by VRPC Treasurer
Forms (Chaperone and Coach’s forms) must be received by the Rally Secretary

September 11:

Team/Scrambler Registrations must be placed online by DC/CA/Rally Coordinator

D Level Eventing Rally is a one day trailer rally. The rally is designed to give competitors an introduction to the sport of eventing. Spectators please come cheer on the riders!
